The following are the dates of our Board Committee meetings this year. These all take place in the Council Chambers, Quality Street. All start at 7.30 pm except where indicated. We welcome anyone with an interest in the Games to attend.

Thursday 12th July from 7pm for the Pipe Band Draw then 8pm for ordinary meeting.
Thursday 30th August for debrief on the Games.

The 2012 AGM will be held on Thursday 29th November.
